The proposed West Point Wilson facility will involve undertaking the necessary planning and environmental assessment processes and consultation with interested parties, including the Commonwealth Government. The proposal will require cooperation from both public and private sources, and the panel is confident as a result of its analysis that industry will not be financially disadvantaged, on the funding basis indicated
