However, it should be noted that recovery operations are continuing. The storm also caused damage in Penrith City, Blacktown Municipality, Baulkham Hills Shires, Ryde Municipality, Warringah and Gosford Shires. Operations in these areas were controlled at local level, largely within local resources. No lessons other than those contained in this report have been identified from these other areas.
