Subject: At the request of Treasury Board the responsibility to issue warnings for early office closings due to severe weather conditions has been accepted by Emergency Planning Canada. The warning will be issued to all federal departments and those crown corporations and agencies which have advised Treasury Board that they wish to participate. This plan replaces all previous Snow Emergency Procedures for the National Capital Region issued by Emergency Planning Canada
