Subject: The Red River Flood of 1997 was a major flood that occurred in April and May 1997, along the Red River of the North in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Southern Manitoba. It was the most severe flood of the river since 1826. Winnipeg, Manitoba suffered 500 million dollars (CAD) in damage. In Winnipeg, the Red River Floodway diverted most of the floodwaters around the city.

It was the most severe flood of the river since 1826. Winnipeg, Manitoba suffered 500 million dollars (CAD) in damage. In Winnipeg, the Red River Floodway diverted most of the floodwaters around the city.

This multimedia CD runs on an IBM compatible PC for Windows 3.1, '95 or NT. It has been written using HTML. The multimedia scenario can be loaded directly if the user has direct access to a browser software package
