Review: This was an extremely large operation requiring the cooperation of ACTION Buses, Australian Federal Police, ACT Police, ACT State Emergency Service, ACT Fire Brigade, ACT Ambulance Service and operations staff from the Emergency Services Authority and two Commonwealth Departments.
