Likely future climate change -- Infrastructure risk assessment -- Governance implications -- Water infrastructre risk assessment -- Power infrastructre risk assessment -- Telecommunications infrastructre risk assessment -- Transport infrastructre risk assessment -- Buildings infrastructre risk assessment -- Climate change impacts on infrastructure adaption framework.
This report assesses water, power, telecommunication, transport and building infrastructures against risk management standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 with HB436. Using these tools, a worst case scenario has been developed for the changes to the climate in 2030 and 2070, and the effects such a change will have on Victorian infrastructure. These scenarios assume that no infrastructure adaptions have been made to mitigate the effects of climate change.
