Review: This report assesses water, power, telecommunication, transport and building infrastructures against risk management standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 with HB436. Using these tools, a worst case scenario has been developed for the changes to the climate in 2030 and 2070, and the effects such a change will have on Victorian infrastructure. These scenarios assume that no infrastructure adaptions have been made to mitigate the effects of climate change.
