Summary: This project was a State Government All West Australians Reducing Emergencies (AWARE) project. Animal Emergency Welfare Guidelines were developed by the project team and an exercise was designed to test it. This dvd covers the background of the guidelines and execution of the exercise. A number of agencies took part in this exercise including the Department for Child Protection and Family Support, Australian Red Cross, Country Womens' Association, Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Western Australia, City Rangers, Dog and Cat Rescue Groups and the Durack Institute of Technology Veterinary Nurse students
