The Pacific Region Emergency Management Caucus or Pacific Caucus was established by emergency management representatives of the Pacific Islands having common issues, goals, and objectives.The goals of the Caucus are to draw on the regional expertise and resources to promote disaster training, exercises, planning, operations, and recovery; develop mutual aid and assistance pacts; and develop a regional organization capable of establishing a coordinated cohesive position for regional issues.
