This report is the final report for the IDNDR project IDNDR Project 22/99 : an On-line System for Providing Guidance to House Owners in Flood Prone Areas (9900046) on an online web. It defines the content and location of the web site. Technical issues related to the use of cold fusion and hypertext has delayed release of the web-site and therefore completion of the project. The web site is now available for release and can in fact be accessed at the address below. The existence of the site will not however be advertised until feedback is obtained from EMA. The web site will undergo continued improvements over the next year in the response ot feedback and internal appraisals
