Charleville flood barrier

This threatened to inundate Charleville at level equal to the 1997 flood that devastated the area. Once appraised of the potential danger, staff from Emergency Management Queensland (EMQ) initiated a rapid response to avert a disaster by sourcing and delivering temporary barriers to hold back the flood waters.
