Review: The aim of this manual is to: provide a framework within which organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand can develop contingency plans for disaster victim identification; and define the roles, responsibilities and procedures that should be adopted in response to an incident involving multiple fatalities, and that require victim identification techniques and methods.
