This project is a result of the City of Bayswater's (COB) Local Emergency Management Committee (LEMC) expressing concern regarding the potential hazards that may br present in the community. It is important to identify these hazards so they can be addressed using the Preparedness, Prevention, Response and Recovery (PPRR) approach implemented by the Local Emergency Management Plan (LEMP). The purpose of this project was to identify and document the risks, via community consultation, that may threaten the safety and well being of the built, physical and social environments within the COB.
