Subject: The Chapman Residents Action Group (CRAG) was formed amidst the despair and confusion of the morning of 19 January 2003 as a response to the needs of a devasted community. Community, family and individual safety were key targets of the following activities undertaken by the Group: Contact with the ACT Government Recovery Centre, Task Force, Emergency Services and insurance, building industry and many other government representatives on behalf of people in the commmunity to ensure that the appropriate services were directed to those in the most need.
