Summary: In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the historic 1956 floods, this video has been created. Images in this presentation are sourced from historic films and photographs to depict the overall impact of flooding along the Murray and Darling Rivers. Due to the age of the images, and the lack of formal detail on the actual sites, exact geographic placement can not be guaranteed. For many of the images included here, this is the first public viewing, and contributors are acknowledged with gratitude.
