This paper discusses a basic model for pragmatic structured psychological reporting of ASD and PTSD matters. The model is designed to assist psychologists in fulfilling their legal requirements while maintaining the independence and integrity of their profession. It also meets the requirements of associated professions while providing an integrated client support structure. Appropriate reporting includes clearly defined and measurable outcomes, historical data gathering, and psychometric assessment. The final report should be linked to researched psychological models providing logical conclusions and achievable recommendations
