The purpose of this computer program is to allow users to play the role of either a fire chief, emergency program manager, police chief, EMS coordinator, public works director or mayor/city managager operating in an Emergency Operations Center during an emergency: in this case, a hazardous materials incident involving a train wreck. The program uses several hundred audio and video segments to enhance the realism and make the program interesting. Users can ask other EOC staff selected questions and watch them respond on video. These responses will usually aid in the decision making
