They lie entombed in the abondoned Moura mine. The lives of their families and loved ones have been shattered. These deaths were not an unexpected accident, but a direct result of BHP's drive to boost productivity and cut costs. They form part of the disastrous death toll now escalating throughout industry. This booklet is a compilation of articles, interviews and comments from the fortnightly socialist newspaper, Workers News. The articles not only detail the conditions that gave rise to the accident and expose the role of the company and union leaders, but provide a political analysis and program for working people to fight the system that produced this tragedy
