Subject: This training manual was produced to support disaster management training workshops organised by the Tear Fund in underdeveloped countries. The manual is arranged into four sections: Christian Dimensions, Attitudes, Knowledge and Skills. "Christian Dimensions" addresses questions such as: Why is there suffering? Why do disasters occur? What is our responsibility to the poor? "Attitudes" identifies the personal qualities essential in relief work.
