Workshop held at AEMI, 8-11 March 1994
This workshop included a summary of the 1993 floods, which were one of the worst natural disasters in Victoria's history, affecting more than twice the properties affected by the Ash Wednesday bushfires. One of the main focusses of the workshop was the role of Community Development Officers (CDOs) in identifying emergent issues and facilitating a range of recovery activities and programs in the affected communities.
