The OECD Joint Meeting is responsible for a large, complex and highly effective means of promoting international harmony and cooperation in chemicals management. As a relatively small player, Australia stands to gain much through involvement in these activities. Through its national coordinating agency, CEPA, Australia should examine ways to contribute more effectively to the OECD's work in chemicals and related areas
