There were 62 survivors. -- 'Lockerbie : the longest night'; a bomb on board a Pan Am 747 killed 259 passengers and crew, and 11 on the ground, when wreckage fell on the town of Lockerbie -- 'Hillsborough : the gates of hell'; 96 people died, and 400 were hospitalized when police opened gates at the Hillsboruogh football stadium, causing crushing overcrowding
