The United Nations has adopted resolutions aimed at improving international cooperation and expditious delivery of international emergency humanitarian assistance. One proposal is to utilize existing provisions in Customs agreements to facilitate movement of international aid. This paper sets out those existing measures in a number of international customs agreements and conventions, as a starting point for further measures
