Although this paper by necessity describes the current ACT plans and responses there will be an across the board review of all plans within 12 months. The public hospitals in the ACT will become 2 during 1991 with the amalgamation of Royal Canberra and Woden Valley Hospitals, including transfer of the trauma service to the combined hospital site. The ACT Medical/health sub-plan is also due for revision this financial year, allowing a full review of plans from Territory to hospital level.
