Mobilizing for relatives' involvement in a disaster is an important aspect of a hospital disaster plan. The airline industry and hospitals need to jointly develop guidelines and procedures reflecting their respective roles and resources for airline disasters. This report reflects how such cooperation can be of benefit in a disaster situation.
