Subject: Cyclones cause an enormous amount of destruction and waste. From the engineering standpoint there is a lot of investigation to be made into methods of mitigating the effects. The loads imposed by winds of cyclonic force are not so great that they cannot be provided for, if engineering analysis is made before building commences
