The goals of this partnership are to: - prevent disasters; - save lives; - minimize vulnerability, suffering economic loss and property damage; and - facilitate rehabilitation. My aim this afternoon is to focus on disaster operations as they apply to the Natural Disasters Organisation and in particular to the National Emergency Operations Centre or NEOC as we call it .550.
