The next section examines mobile home damage experience from two different perspectives - a statistical summary of past damage, and post-storm damage investigations. Finally a detailed engineering analysis of wind damage factors for mobile homes is presented, including the effects of windspeed magnitude, construction features, terrain roughness and shielding, set-up orientation, skirting, and foundation and anchorage systems .550.
